Once your room is sized and the architectural details are placed, you can easily determine how to place your new furniture in your room. Our professional sales associates are available to help with this feature as well.
During the sale:
In-Home Design Consultation Our design professionals are available to make design consultations in your home. We can bring color samples, fabric samples and our expertise to your home to help ensure you make a beautiful room. Ask about In-Home design consultation today.
Same Day/Next Day Pick-Up Most items on our showroom floor are in stock in our 75,000 square foot warehouse in located in Westfield, and can be picked up either the same day or the next day (depending on the time of your purchase). Our warehouse is open 7 days a week until 5 pm for your convenience. Our friendly staff will load your furniture safely in your vehicle.
Professional Delivery and Set-Up We offer delivery and set-up of your furniture for a nominal fee. We employ our own delivery teams and deliver on our own trucks. You can be assured that our trained delivery teams will take care of your furniture and your home as we deliver your new furniture.
After the sale:
Godby Service Department If you have a warranty issue with furniture purchased from Godby Home Furnishings, our service department will be here to help. We follow the guidelines of our vendors and can often make common repairs right in your home.
