 We  purchased a sofa and ottoman from the Godby center in Westfield Indiana. Our sales associate was Mark Leakey. We could not have had a more pleasant experience. We were very unsure what we wanted and Mark was very patient with us. I think we sat on every sofa in the building. We even came back a second time and looked again. He was funny, patient, and great with our children. After we purchased the sofa and ottoman, we discovered the ottoman had a small tear in the upholstery. Godby was very easy to work with in exchanging our ottoman for a new one. An overall great experience and a truly great company and individual associate to work with! We have sent several people to that store since our purchase and will definitely be back!

Just a note to thank you for the great experiences I've had with your company so far.  A year ago, I purchased a sofa at your clearance center in Carmel.  It was delivered to my first ever apartment in Lafayette.  One of the deliverymen was Rex.  It was delivered efficiently and on time.  Just a few weeks ago, I was preparing to move to a new apartment in Zionsville and became concerned about being able to move the sofa out because of it's size.  You let Rex stop by my apartment between deliveries to explain how to maneuver the sofa out the door.  We could not have moved it without his directions.  I have already stopped by your store to look for new furniture for my new apartment.

Thanks for going the extra mile!  I recommend Godby's to all my friends now.

Dear Store Manager -  

This past weekend, my wife and I purchased a couch, loveseat and recliner at your Noblesville store.  It was a most pleasant experience.

Norm Thompson was the salesperson that assisted us.  Norm did everything to make our experience an enjoyable one.  He did not sell us furniture - he identified met our needs.  He did not pressure us, or steer us to any particular brand or type of furniture.  He asked us questions and made suggestions.  He did not hover around us continually, but he did make himself available to assist when we needed some guidance.  My wife was extremely worried about picking the wrong fabric pattern.  Norm was of immense assistance in this area.  He first let us wade through the samples on our own, then sensing our frustration, made a suggestion.  My wife's sense of relief was immense!  Norm answered all of our questions.  I did not feel he was just "telling us what we wanted to hear", but rather gave us the real facts helping us understand the pros and cons of each alternative.

Norm did everything right from our perspective.  My wife and I will be very comfortable in recommending your store to anyone who asks.
